So many aha moments in the last week.
Reading Brene Brown's new book "Rising Strong",
has found me either in tears,
laughing out loud
or scrambling for a pen to write down
a juicy piece which has struck a cord.
It has been a week of vulnerability,
and creating clear boundaries.
A week of sharing my love, appreciation and need of others.
Standing in uncharted territory and proclaiming
my trust in the flow of life.
Surrendering to life's flow,
allowing myself to be open...
and learning how to love beyond conditions.
There is so much love here for you,
the door is open.
