Extra Kindness 🌺
Some days require extra kindness.
When we feel under-resourced,
wether it is time, money or ability,
the tendency is to get more demanding of ourselves
and let the inner dialog of judgement "school" us into action.
It is crazy thinking that this is an efficient way to get things done...
or live a life.
But these are patterns that are largely subconscious.
We aren't thinking or even noticing our harsh behavior toward ourselves.
The compassion must start here.
