Welcome to December... The last month of 2016.
The Winter Solstice, shortest day and longest night is approaching,
And for many the celebration of Christmas is just a few weeks away.
Biologically a time of going within.
A time to take stock.
A time to acknowledge the celebrations and the hardships,
to get present to that which is left undone,
or that which needs attention for resolution so we can move on.
To many of us this is also a time that requires a ramping up of energy
an increase in productivity and outpouring of social presence.
Regardless, it is a time to let kindness,
generosity and goodwill to reign supreme.
And this must begin within...
Be kind to yourself.
Be generous with yourself.
And allow goodwill to permeate every cell of your body.
