"The Way" continues to unfold...

The Camino journey for me was epic.
And it created a lot of hunger for long wilderness backpack trips.

There is something incredibly nourishing about disconnecting
from the routine of the day to day.
Giving space to connect to something innate, universal and infinite.

Truly a transformative gift that has changed me utterly.
I am just not exactly sure what has changed….

Being a person who has made self awareness a central pillar of life,
it is uncomfortable not being able to pin point the transformation.
Not having an answer when asked "what was your biggest take away".

But I am learning to relax more into the discomfort
and trust more in the process.
Allowing it to unfold, reveal itself…
which is, in itself, transformative.

I have been back almost a month.
I am just beginning to feel able to function
in the fast paced world of SoCal.

Necessary to dive back in and ride the current,
and it feels a bit sad to be joining the fracas...
So, I am giving some energy to maintaining
a universal perspective and a global heart.
And happy for your help, we can hold it together.

This universe is so immense and stunningly beautiful.
This planet is big and small at the same time,
achingly precious and exquisite.
We are Spirits being Humans on Earth in this Universe.
Perspective is good and continually unfolding.

It was wonderful to connect
with so many of you at the Mission Show,
thank you for coming and looking forward to more connection.
